Holistic Psychology

Holistic Psychology goes beyond the traditional methods of clinical psychology. It takes a person into the transpersonal realm (beyond the personal). It incorporates the spiritual aspects of each individual, as well as the emotional, mental, and physical elements. Through using a wide variety of healing modalities a person gets to experience a sense of self heretofore unknown.

Dr. Kathryn Leeman has been working in the field of holistic psychology for 20 years. Her trainings and experiences have come from universities, institutions, traditions, and cultures around the world. She sees each individual as whole and complete. Each person is unique and requires a different journey into healing. No two people receive exactly the same program. The vast amount of tools she has acquired allows her to meet the needs of an individual who is ready for transforming experiences.
Some of these aids are music, colors, sounds, hypnotherapy to achieve altered states of self awareness, art, new styles of communication methods, various types of meditation, strong intuitive skills, cross-cultural and ancestral tools, and a variety of others.

Holistic psychology does not require labeling, psychoanalyzing, or prescribing medicine. If a person has a chemical imbalance or true personality disorder, they would need to continue working with their psychiatrist. In this way, holistic psychology is used as an adjunct to clinical psychology.

Fast Emotional Clearings

Over the past 26 years I have witnessed, researched and experienced how painful situations bury themselves in our unconscious and create challenges for us in our bodies, mind and emotions. They resurface as aches and pains, diseases of various kinds, projections onto others, along with subconsciously creating a variety of other unwanted experiences.

This treatment by-passes the symptoms, which could be showing up for you in your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual health, and it goes straight to the bottom line. Once the core issue (which most people do not even know is there) has been established and released, true inner balancing can begin to take place at every level. I also give a variety of “tools” for you to take home and continue your liberation process.

The reports from people have been that they leave the session feeling lighter at every level and more alive. Most people come back for a follow up session just to make sure there is no small unconscious residual left behind. The positive results continue to show up in their personal and professional lives.

One example was of a man in his fifties, who has had difficulty with finances all his life. He has been close to homeless several times, and never felt appreciated or accepted for his craft. He is married, and his wife came to see me pleading with me to do something around his anger. Reluctantly, he came in with a great deal of “attitude”. After fifteen minutes I had traced the financial issue back seven generations on his father’s side. Many of the men had been ministers, preaching about money being the root of all evil. While, “Jim” himself was not a religious man, yet wanted to be very spiritual, his subconscious and cellular programming could not reconcile spirituality and money being in harmony. We did his clearing , and I gave him instructions on what to do at home. He came in the following week to finish the session, and within 10 days had been offered a $500,000 a year job with great benefits!

Another situation was with a woman who was experiencing a lot of emotional abuse in her marriage. This was her third marriage, yet she would always end up in the same type of relationship even though all three men had appeared to have very different personalities. She did not want to take herself or her children through another divorce. We found her root cause to be while she had been in her mother’s womb. Her father, whom she never met because he left before she was born, had been very abusive to her mother. Her conscious-ness had heard everything he said to her mother, including the times he had told her mother that he loved her. She became imprinted with “I love you means\being abused”. She also felt it was her fault her father was so angry, because he kept ranting about her mother being pregnant against his wishes. We went to work clearing the patterns. Three sessions later she reported that for the first time her husband brought her flowers and a card apologizing as to how he had been treating her over the last few years. The children’s father had also called to apologize! She was surprised and thrilled to say the least. 

Even though these are some significant examples, people come to me with common every day issues. It matters not the topic, just that there is a desire to end the pattern. I have been working in the field of psychic consulting since I was a young child. Visions and prophetic dreams were a normal part of my daily life, until one day, when I was nine, a dear friend of the family’s told me I would be possessed by the devil if I continued. Interestingly enough she was the one benefiting from my healing visions the most.

Being only nine, I ran to church (it was Palm Sunday) and asked Jesus to stopped visiting me and take away any healing in my hands, because “they” were going to crucify me like “they” did him. I left church that day, not able to look at the sky (heaven), and went into a 20-year depression and addiction to block any abilities I had.

When I hit rock bottom, I was living in Scotland at the time and stumbled upon the Church of Psychic Science. They took me in and helped me to remember who I really am, and trained me to use my gifts and abilities. I will be forever grateful to them.

Since that time I have traveled through many different countries, including the United States, and been trained by some of the best professional people in the world. I have worked as a volunteer undercover psychic for police and sheriff departments for many different types of cases. Being a psychic is the way I was born, and I believe it was given to me to assist others. I have had a very long and deep relationship with angels, and the Divine.

The Mother's Lap

I started contacting and receiving messages from the Divine Feminine, aka The Divine Mother, after having an apparitional experience in 1992 in a church in Alötting, Bavaria, while on a spiritual retreat.

She comes under many different names throughout the world, and she is always there to assist in the evolution of the human heart and soul.

At this time I am working in conjunction with Her on sacred contracts with children and their parents, and sometimes their teachers. This helps to facilitate the understanding of how to assist  in raising the children, as well as how to teach and move through some of the difficulties with them. She also explains to people why they go through some of their challenges, and what steps to take to lighten their stress. As long as a person is committed to their soul’s growth, She is right there to help them in whatever way She feels is appropriate.

I have traveled to various parts of the world and delivered her messages to those whom have asked. I certainly am not the only one doing this in these times; however, as She moves through each of us, it is unique because we are all different. I feel deeply humble and blessed that I can assist Her and others in this way.

People have reported smelling a rose essence in the room, having feelings of unconditional love that have made them cry, an over-whelming sense of peace and well-being, and a knowing that they are not alone.

Past Life Therapy

Many sacred literatures suggest that reincarnation is the pathway of learning for the soul. Through the use of music and guided imagery, you will be guided into the past to see where you have placed judgments on yourself based on misconceptions you had during the time these experiences took place. Once you have accessed your higher self and understood the karmic situation, you will see the solution and be ready to serve your life purpose.

Past-life therapy is a tool used today in a variety of mind-body healing modalities Psychiatrists, psychologists, hypnotherapists, and counselors, are among the professionals who are applying it as a useful adjunct in assisting their clients to experience more understanding in their lives. Whether past-lives are real or imaginary is not the point.

Some people look for answers to questions such as: What is my purpose in life? Why do I continue to attract the same type of job or relationship over and over?  Why did I end up with the parents I did?

People’s memories are stored in various parts of the subconscious, and when one is relaxed they can access them. Repressed adult trauma memories are stored in the cortex, repressed childhood memories are in the temporal lobes, and repressed infant memories are stored in the hippocampus. Higher wisdom and feelings of a more positive nature are accessed from the frontal lobes. A skilled regression counselor will guide the person into accessing this higher wisdom.

People do not have to have trauma in order to have a past-life regression session. Sometimes a person wants to figure out what their purpose in life is, or what gifts and talents they possess.
