The Healing Heart Retreateat™

The Healing Heart Retreats™ began in 1988 in Running Springs, CA. I created the retreats to assist people in healing the wounds buried deep inside their hearts, and in transforming the false beliefs held within their minds. These wounds and belief systems prevent us from living our life dreams.

Over the past several years I have traveled in the United States and abroad offering these retreats and witnessing incredible transformations in individuals, couples and families. As one of my teachers once said, "We are all members of the scar clan." We also desire one thing - to love and be loved unconditionally. This desire created in me the passion to love, to serve, to remember and to help heal, transform and transmute those scars. It is our birth right to be joyfully creative Beings as much as possible. It has truly been an honor to watch others unfold their true nature.

Imagine yourself being gently guided through an awakening, healing process created just for you. Imagine being sung to with your own special song and gently rocked by the collective as you are literally floating on their fingertips. Imagine singing, dancing, story-telling, drumming and celebrating each other. Imagine hearing voices cheering you on to your healing and the roars of celebration upon your arrival!  Imagine wholesome food in your belly and strolling in Mother Nature. Imagine blissful silence where Spirit is profoundly felt deep in your heart, mind and soul. Now take that all out of your imagination and know it is a reality for you, if you are ready to be awakened, healed and celebrated just for being you!

Healing Heart Retreats are available in three-day, five-day, seven-day and ten-day intensives. The longer the retreat, the deeper the healing, and the more profound the connection becomes to your soul. You get to meet, greet and experience the soul that you truly are!

Spiritual Women's Retreats

Women have gathered together in groups all over the world since the beginning of humanity in order to nurture and support each other. In our culture today, there is a deficit of these types of gatherings; i.e. the type that can fill the heart and soul of women who give out so much to their families, friends, and communities.

Look around and you will see women everywhere multi-tasking with high stress levels and looks of exhaustion on their faces. We come in all shapes, sizes, colors, with diverse backgrounds and belief structures, and can find support in the divine grace of just being to together. These retreats are structured with some group laughing, singing, dancing, story-telling, arts and crafts, eating, drumming, ceremonies or whatever comes up in the present moment for healing and replenishing. Then there is also time for personal meditation and reflection, napping, walking in nature, etc. Often times we make and decorate masks of our inner goddess nature (very easy to do), or some time of soul-expressive artwork that reflects the language of the soul (no artistic talent required or needed). Inner journey work is also an important exercise that produces some dramatic insights for each individual as they listen to the language of their soul. Natural Mysticism™ Year-Long Training Course

ALL WEEKENDS MUST BE ATTENDED.

Natural Mysticism™ is a cross-cultural educational and experiential course designed to assist those who have a deep desire to "walk the mystical path with practical feet." To walk in balance is being able to be deeply rooted both in the interior world of one's life, as well as the exterior world. This is a tremendous challenge in today's world, and it is the most powerful healing action that can be taken in our culture personally and professionally. Each of us is created with unique gifts, talents, expressions and visions. Our culture does little to support and enhance authenticity and integrity. Natural MysticismTM reveals how to resolve conflicts both personally and collectively, in order that we may live together with healthy boundaries and the freedom to be authentic.This course was created through weaving together the many years of Kathryn Leeman's research, trainings, teachings and experiences received from her teachers and travels to various parts of the world. Listed below are a few of the main areas that will be discussed and experienced.

• Learn how to recognize, experience and cooperate with some of the major spiritual archetypal influences that govern your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Become aware of your self-sabotage patterns and clear them. Receive training and experience soul retrieval techniques. How to implement the infinite laws of spiritual detachment.
• Various aspects of cross-cultural meditations, ceremonies, tools and wisdoms.

Cross-culturally each season of the year brings its own set of lessons, challenges and wisdom. In order to "walk the mystical path with practical feet", we must learn how to walk in harmony with nature. Therefore, Natural Mysticism training will take place once a season with an extra weekend for integration. This course is a year long commitment and it is necessary to attend each weekend in order to complete the course.Some of the individuals Kathryn has learned and experienced with are: Dr. Angeles Arrien, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Caroline Myss, Fr. Ron Roth, Dr. Hazel Denning, Red Eagle, Brooke Medicine Eagle, Grandmother Twylah, Baba Ram Dass, various other shamanic and medicine people from different countries and tribes, and especially Grandmother Nature.

Please note: People will need to interview with Kathryn prior to attending. This is a teaching course only for those who can be crucifiably honest with themselves, and take accountability and responsibility for their own strengths and weaknesses.
