off of it. Usually I do not like guided meditations, but this
one is just so peaceful and calm and it is so detailed that you

"I started
with Kathryn Leeman about 5-years ago when I was having some
emotional problems. As my problems began to work themselves out
Kathryn offered to treat me with NEAT for my allegeries. At that
time I was having about 2 sinus infections a year and my Allergist
was trying to convince me to begin shot treatment because he
was worried that my infections would continue to go into bronchitis
and pneumonia. I decided to give the NEAT a try. Within a year
my sinus infections were gone and I haven't had an infection
for at least 2-years. There has been some hard work in trying
to stay away from the element that I was being cleared of but
it has all been worth. Along the way, Kathryn also used NEAT
to clear out emotional blocks as well. At first I was skeptical
